I'm writing this to help newbies
Most of the people are worried because they're not able to choose a skill to work or they couldn't find projects to work. Let me give you a track which you can follow to be a good freelancer
1- Learn any skill that you like or you think it would be best for you
2- Give 2 months to that skill. Learn from every angle. Don't stick to one mentor for learning. Dont join any institute until you know the ABC of that skill
Learn from Youtube. Aik din Youtube per apni skill search kro, next day apki Youtube timeline bhar jayegi apki skill se related videos se, and that's the best thing
3- Keep your ego aside and Join Facebook groups related to your skill. Surround yourself with the experts of that skill
4- Post your queries on those groups and that's how you can find people related to your file
5- After two months, spend one more month to get experience
Q: How you can get work experience
A: Give your services for free for a month.
Post in different Facebook groups that you're providing free services of XYZ (i-e web development
Do as much as possible work in that month for free
Benefit
- You will be able to work according to the client's requirements
- You will have a portfolio to present to your future paid clients
- Your communication skills will be better
- You will learn new things
Give all tries on Facebook, make mistakes because on Facebook, you will learn from your mistakes without any big loss. But if you make mistakes on the fiverr, this could be bad for your profile. So make all mistakes and learn from them before you move to fiverr, up work et
6- After completing at least 10 free projects, this is the time to create accounts on fiverr, up work et
7- Then start bidding and you will have a good chance to win projects as you have experience in dealing with the clients now. You are in contact with experts if you face any problem, you can directly ask them. You have a portfolio to present and much more
8- When you earn your first $$, assign a percentage of your earnings to Allah. So whenever your bank account is credited, take that specific percentage out and give that to the needy people
Consistency is always,the Key. Be consistent and keep learning. Your time will come
